Pre-Configuration and Set Up Service
A pre-configuration and set-up service is available for all temperature and environmental monitors. For a small charge you can save yourself the time taken to configure your monitoring units. Please call us on +44 (0)1943 465918 or email us for a quotation.
On-Site Configuration and Installation Service
For complete peace of mind and to save you time and expertise, a technician will visit your or your customer's premises, and install and configure temperature and environmental monitoring. This will be carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible resulting in minimum disruption to your business. In addition, you will be able to ask any questions you need on site, and the monitors, thresholds and alerts will be set up to suit your individual requirements. Pre and Post-Sales Calibration Services
Monitoring in pharmaceutical, food, warehouse, hospital or other sensitive environment often carries a requirement that monitoring units and probes are covered by UKAS calibration certification. Many of our temperature and environment monitoring solutions, and dataloggers can be supplied with UKAS calibration certificates, please contact us on +44 (0)1943 465918 or email us for further information and pricing.
We also offer a 3 or 5 point temperature and/or humidity UKAS certified calibration service on any existing monitors that we may have supplied to you. This usually requires sending the unit back to OPENXTRA and has a turnaround of approximately one week. An on-site calibration service is also available (limited geographical region). As part of our customer service, OPENXTRA offer email and phone support on many of our products, and if we can't answer your question or solve your issue we will do our best to find someone who can.
