The Room Alert 4ER with Signal Tower Combo is an environment monitor which includes all of the same features as the Room Alert 4E with the addition of a mounting bracket, external tower light and tower light connection cable. It is designed specifically to assist with monitoring computer room temperature and environment monitoring in multiple locations up to 300m away, while visually and audibly alerting staff when issues or events occur.

The Signal Tower  and Audio Combo package allows users to log environment sensor status for immediate alert notification, historical review and graphing. Alert notifications via email, email-to-SMS, SNMP and more communicate to devices like computers, mobile phones, iPhones, BlackBerrys, pagers and PDAs. The Signal Tower  and Audio Combo offers an easy to use web browser interface for settings changes and viewing real-time sensor status from anywhere and will integrate easily with any SNMP enabled device on the network. The visual lights and audio alarms can be turned on or off via SNMP Trap or SNMP Set commands. This capability allows the Signal Tower and Audio Combo to be mounted in a location on the network where visual and audible alerting, and/or sensor monitoring is desired.

AKCP’s securityProbe-X60 is a full-featured complete SNMP based environmental and security monitoring solution capable of monitoring and alerting to events such as unauthorised intruders, security breaches, equipment breakdown, or equipment damage due to high temperatures, power outage, smoke and flooding.

The securityProbe-X60 will take up to 4 remote controlled cameras, up to 8 AKCP sensors in any combination such as temperature, humidity, smoke detection, airflow, and has the addition of 60 dry contact inputs to monitor the status of any machine.

Intelligent Sensor and Dry Contact Integration

The securityProbe-X60 works with all AKCP intelligent sensors. You can connect up to 8 sensors in any combination to monitor temperature, humidity, water leakage and airflow including long term graphing, security, detection of AC power line voltage, measurement of digital voltmeter, control relays and many more uses. Sensor Notification Wizard

When an event occurs, the securityProbe-X60 can send SNMP traps, email, SMS, MMS, make a telephone call, and create an audio alert. These alert messages are customisable and can include a picture of the event. Event alert information can also include pictures which are stored in a nonvolatile flash memory. The number of pictures taken and the time between pictures can also be determined for each camera. The timestamp is displayed below each image. The securityProbe-X60 has a battery backed-up clock to facilitate accurate record keeping.

Notifications and alarms can be dependant on the states of multiple sensors and can be configured to escalate in severity over time.

The securityProbe-X60 can automatically switch a relay on or off, wake-up or shut down a remote server, send pictures and data via FTP, send a fax or run a custom script.

Mobile Phone Access

No matter where you are you can access the securityProbe-X60 through your Symbian based (mostly Nokia) mobile phone.

You can access your probe and video information from where you happen to be. No computer required. Perfect for checking up on your securityProbe-X60 from out on the road to double check the environmental conditions back at base.

Just download the simple mobile application, input the IP address of your securityProbe8 and off you go.

Once connected to your securityProbe-X60 you can view live streaming video, monitor live probe readings and check for alerts.

Video Conferencing

The securityProbe-X60 can be used as a video conferencing system. Simply connect an external camera and use the integrated speaker and microphone for communication. Perfect for communicating with people in remote data centres where phone lines may be at a premium.

Camera Support

The securityProbe can display pictures from up to four cameras simultaneously up to 640x480 pixel resolution.

Professional quality analogue surveillance and CCTV cameras can be used. Built-in pan-tilt controller interface allows complete control of pan and tilt cameras using the industry standard Pelco-D bus.

When using the built-in simultaneous mode, images from all 4 cameras can be displayed at the same time. Pictures are updated every 5 seconds on all 4 camera channels simultaneously. In scan mode, a single image is displayed in rotation from each camera.

For video streaming, both ActiveX and JavaApplet web applets are available. For a single camera, the maximum frame rate is 30 frames per second at 320x240 pixels. The frame rate depends on the number of camera channels in use, image size (320x240 or 640x480 pixels), and network speed.

The securityProbe-X60 has a single input and output port for audio. The audio input uses a Line-In signal. If you wish to connect a microphone, make sure it is amplified. The connector for both input and output is a 3.5mm stereo jack, though only mono is supported. The output signal is 5Vp-p with sampling frequency of 8 kHz.

SensorProbe2 is an easy to use, very economical complete environment monitor for alerting to changes in temperature, humidity, flooding and much more. This is an ideal solution to monitor and alert to temperature and overheating problems in small computer and server rooms. With built-in web-based software, the AKCP SensorProbe2 gives you an easy to use sophisticated Notification Wizard to alert to changes and to log and graph data.

The SensorProbe2 has 2 ports which can be used for any of the large range of plug in AKCP sensors (see above), including temperature, combined temperature & humidity, wetness, airflow, smoke, motion, power, combined siren & strobe light alarm.  Not only that but probes can be placed up to 100m from the main unit via the structured cabling network and the unit will automatically find the probes.

AKCP SensorProbe2 contains all of the software you require and is very simple and quick to set up. It logs your sensor readings and alarms when things go outside parameters you specify using the easy to use web administration system.

All AKCP environment monitors are fully extendable, new probes can be added at any time and multiple units, for instance, a SecurityProbe and SensorProbe2 can be monitored together using third party software.

To set up alerts via email or SMS or to remotely view, log and graph data, the EM1 can be managed using Intellipool or your existing SNMP based Network Management Application. Various probe options give you the choice of a number of locations (up to 4 of each of temperature, humidity and wetness per unit) and combination of environmental data you wish to monitor.
