Packetyzer - Working with Filters

Duplicating, modifying, and deleting, a Packetyzer Protocol Analyzer filter

Duplicating allows you to make a new Filter based on an existing one.

Step 1 Click on the existing Filter name

Step 2 Click the Duplicate a Filter button

A file named Untitled Filter is made and added to the list.

Step 3 Type a name for the new Filter

Step 4 Click OK

Use this button to amend details or to save a Filter under a different name.

Step 1 Click the View and Modify button

The Filter Designer screen appears.

Step 2 Edit the name (or any other details)

Step 3 Click OK

The changes will be saved.

Step 1 Highlight a Filter name

Step 2 Click the Delete button

The selected Filter will be deleted from the list.
