The new Psiber LanMaster 30 Outlet Identifier allows you to quickly test that an outlet is ‘live’ and to identify the type of telecom or LAN equipment connected to the outlet giving you Ethernet (10/100), token ring and telephone testing all in one tool, quick and convenient when making Moves, Adds or Changes.

Improve Moves, Adds and Changes

If you are continuously involved in connecting new or different hardware to your existing cabling systems the LanMaster 30 will help you quickly and safely identify outlets and tell you if an outlet is functional saving you time and reducing the risk of equipment damage.

Manage Telecom Resources

The LanMaster 30 will help you check unused outlets and locate dedicated and unused analogue fax/modem lines. The LanMaster will also identify important high bandwidth ISDN lines (S/T interfaces and some U interfaces) and verifies that the wiring to the outlet is correct.

Fast Troubleshooting

With most failures due to problems at the physical layer you can reduce troubleshooting time by verifying that signals on live circuits are actually being transmitted.

Enhance Network Management

The LanMaster 30 identifies a 10Mbps or 100Mbps Ethernet link and support for Auto-negotiation so that installed devices can be properly configured. The combined Token Ring and Ethernet test capabilities simplifies managing mixed topologies.
