The ZOOM II series of test kits (check for the full range) offer one of the world's most economical and precise fibre optic power meter kits delivering professional performance and a complete feature set for optical loss testing in singlemode and multimode networks. The ZOOM II series of testers are N.I.S.T traceable at four commonly used industry standard wavelengths (850, 1300, 1310, and 1550), which makes them an ideal choice for both multimode and singlemode testing.
The ZOOM II Kit available with ST and SC light source connector options and a quad power meter with 4 calibrated wavelengths is ideal for LAN managers and installers who need to conduct simple attenuation tests on their multimode networks. The Zoom II test kit provides accurate testing of multimode fibre cables when used with an 850nm multimode light source. The 4 digit 7-segment LCD displays power readings with a resolution of 0.01dB and on-screen indicators display measurement units (dBm, deB, uW) as well as battery life. The Tester comes configured with a 2.5mm universal connector for connection to ST or SC connectors as well as any other fibre connector with a 2.5mm ferrule.
Ideal for LAN managers and installers who need to do simple attenuation tests on multimode networks, the Zoom II (Zeroed Optical Output Meter) provides accurate testing of multimode fibre cables.
The Dual OWL is an 850/1300nm NIST traceable (certificate provided) multimode light source. The dual wavelength outputs are temperature stabilized for accurate measurements. The Dual OWL has two connector options ST or SC as above.
