The P-touch 9600 and its accompanying software can print a multitude of varying label types and formats, for many different industry applications. It can be used equally as effectively as either a PC and Macintosh compatible, or stand alone electronic label printer.

Labels are needed across a variety of professions to help identify items quicker - and this electronic labelling printer offers a professional labelling solution for all of these situations.

The P-touch 9600 is one of our toughest machines. New features include advanced PC to P-touch memory capability and rotate printing function.

Supplied with a durable carry case and designed for the machine to work integrally from the case, the P-touch 9600 becomes an indispensable labeller for situations where hard-wearing equipment and their components are essential.

P-touch Versatility

All of the best P-touch printing functions are accessible through the P-touch 9600.

Font, styles and sizes are easily editable through the menu which is accessed mainly by the navigation dial. The global format menu offers 10 built in fonts and up to 24 (+auto) print sizes.

Barcodes

The inbuilt barcode function allows you to integrate 9 barcode types into your existing label information quickly and easily. Barcode options are easily accessible both through the menu and an additional shortcut key on the keyboard.

Printing Capability

The Printing capability of the P-touch 9600 is excellent - with a print speed of 20mm per second and a resolution of 360 dpi you have the convenience of producing professional quality labels instantly. And dependant on the width of label that you choose, it has the ability to print up to 16 lines of text.

Memory Capability

The P-touch 9600 has the memory capability to remember text and formats, that way you can delete your label information, without losing the pre-set style that you have created. By selecting code and clear and then ‘text only’, the P-touch 9600 will cleverly remember last format that was last used even after turning off the machine.

LCD Display

The large semi-graphical display can preview up to 20 characters on 3 lines. It also provides on screen previews for options font, size, width, style, frames, alignment, margins & length plus the NEW rotate print function. Allowing you to customise the different components of your label before you decide to print.

Date and Time features

The P-touch 9600 features a real time clock, enabling you to print the date and time instantly and add to your other label information. Additionally you can use this as a predictive feature to calculate dates in advance - for example you may need the date in three weeks from today or from the last label printed etc.

Multi-function Cutter

Once labels are printed from the P-touch 9600 the model cuts the label at its end. It also half cuts it through to the backing tape, letting the user easily peel from the tape from the front. The additional bonus of the P-touch 9600 cutter is that it can repeatedly half cuts successively printed labels, leaving one string of repeat-printed labels half cut and ready to peel one after the other.

Backlit Display

Designed for use in the field when light conditions are variable. The darker the conditions, the more the luminous display allows you to see the contrasting label information on screen.

USB Connection

For ease of use the USB port offers time saving links for PC connection.

Serial Port

The Serial port connection can be used to connect specialised industrial equipment such as meter reading and voltage gauges.

Battery Weak Display

Using the same luminosity as the LCD screen, the user can gauge the remaining strength of the battery and be ready to re-charge.
