The Poseidon model 1250 is an environmental monitor with the capacity to monitor a wide variety of variables in the environment and to alert via email, SNMP trap or SMS (with directly connected GSM modem) when a sensor value falls out of the defined range. This model can also accomodate 2 digital outputs RTS and DTR controlled over RS-232 serial interface for output control of devices. The built-in web server can be used for set-up and also M2M protocols SNMP, XML, Modbus/TCP.
Features of the Poseidon 1250
- Up to 42 sensors and probes can be connected to one Poseidon model 1250 unit
- Alarm status notification can be sent via Email (SMTP), SNMP Trap or SMS (using GSM modem over RS-232)
- PD trigger program (free) can redirect SNMP Trap alarms from unlimitted Poseidon units to SMS (GSM modem connected to PC)
- Easy configuration in web-based graphic interface
- Open communication protocols (SNMP, XML, Modbus/TCP a others)
- Poseidon 1250 directly controls two outputs
- Accomodates large assortment of sensors, from simple to industrial ones with accuracy 0,15 °C and range from -55 to +640 °C. The sensors can be connected over a distance of up to 1000m
- Safety protected with a password, IP address range, HW security
- Supplied with one sensor, UK power supply, CD and manuals
- FirmWare update over the Internet or over RS-232
