The KP100 is a kit containing the Test-Um Tone Generator, TG100 and the Tone Tracer, TT100. For convenience in the field the tracer and generator are housed in a tough Cordura pouch with belt loop. The kit also includes one cord set with alligator clips.

The TG100 Tone Generator

The TG100's Multi-tone capabilities, auto-off and a host of other features make it the tool of choice for professionals when ringing out lines, checking the status and continuity of circuits, and finding the right signal path for data and voice installations.

The TG100 Test-Um Multi-Function Tone Generator is available as a standalone product or as part of the KP100 Field Kit which includes the TT100 Tone Tracer.

Features of the Test-Um Multi-Function Tone Generator
  • Three built-in tones, one steady and two warbles for multiple line testing
  • Constant tone amplitude over the life of the battery means accurate and traceable tones, even at the end of the battery life
  • Two tone amplitude levels, normal and half, let the user extend the tone reach
  • Auto-off function to protect and prolong battery life
  • Tone may be added to any mode for using phone sets without monitor mode
  • Separate Talk Battery mode for increased voltage and power for test sets
  • Modular jack allows multiple cord sets to be used for different applications

The TT100 Tone Tracer

The high standard slim Tone Tracer, to be used with the TG100 Tone Generator, Test-Um cable testers, or any tone generator, sets a new standard for field service professionals.

Due to its slim, ergonomic design, as well as balanced weighting, the TT100 is the most comfortable tracer available. It can be used with either a wearable headset of a standard cell phone headset. Quick-change tips make for easier in-field use. Includes low battery indicator.
