Detailed Question:
We are predominantly a fire protection company but we are constantly asked to interface temperature monitoring devices to our fire alarm graphics systems. This can be a nightmare for us as we have no control over the temperature monitoring equipment and are constantly being called out for faults where the temperature monitoring equipment fails to signal our interfaces. We have decided that wherever we get involved with temperature monitoring we need to supply the whole package.
The Sensatronics EM1 is capable of monitoring dry contact inputs, unfortunately it cannot generate a dry contact output. The simplest and cheapest options are the AKCP SensorProbe range.
