Does the AKCP sensorProbe2 record temperatures for at least 24 hours so we can see how the temperature behaves overnight?

We are looking for a thermometer which can monitor and memorise temperatures for at least 24 hours so we can see how the temperature behaves over night. I read the folowing: "It logs your sensor readings and alarms when things go outside parameters you specify using the easy to use web administration system." My question is do these logs only contain the highest and lowest temperature or does it containe the complete timeline. and if so how far does the timeline goes back? more then 24 hours?
