Can I have the technical spec for the AVTech air flow probe?

I am currently studying for my HNC in electrical engineering. For my project I am designing a circuit that will monitor fans that are cooling PCB's on a stack of furnaces in work. I am thinking of buying an avtech air flow monitor as my sensor so I am after a spec if possible before I buy it to make sure it is compatible with my needs. Any help you could give me would be gratefully appreciated
