1-Is it possible to send alerts through SMS and MMS? 2- Do I have to install special software so I can log in to the unit or it is IP based and can log in through any PC on the same network by writing the unit IP address on the internet browser? 3- Does the IP camera has pan, tilt and zoom control?

  1. SMS is only supported by using a third party Email to SMS service.
  2. Our montors are IP based and can be contacted by typing the IP address into a browser and can be made visible over the Internet.
  3. The Room Alert supports Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras such as the AX-212-PTZ-CAM
