Ethereal Getting Started Guide

Getting started guide for Ethereal... it is very old, if memory served it was written in 2003 or so, so I expect things have moved on since then. In fact, the Ethereal project itself was forked in 2006 and is now called Wireshark. If you are still using Ethereal you should certainly think about upgrading to Wireshark.
