I ordered the Wireless Network Analyser WP150 last Friday, it arrived today, Monday. By lunchtime we had it working and had resolved an ongoing problem with our network.

Test-Um 2 - Fluke 0

Recently I had a client ask me about a wiring problem. The cabling company had tested the cables and declared them working but 'a little noisy'. Having seem them testing with a Fluke™ unit the client asked if I could check the cabling - I handed them the Test-Um - connected the remote unit and got them to run the Cat5e test. Immediately it showed miswire (1 Nil). They also tested with their own cutdown tester (Test-Um) with the same result (2 Nil).

The cabling company were advised - confirmed the diagnosis - made the change and enquired where they could get a tester like mine…

I've checked it all out and its all here and working as expected. I must say I'm very pleased with the way you guys do business!

We integrated [Sensatronics EM1] with Hostmonitor and it works fine. It was easy to configure and install. As hostmonitor is our recommended monitoring software, we will recommend it [Sensatronics Environmental Monitor] to use for our customers.

I have had an opportunity to use the kit intensively in two different environments today and am VERY impressed. Needless to say, I will be recommending these to all appropriate colleagues. I have no problems recommending products that make both my, my colleagues or any other professionals' lives easier !!!.

Top class service!

In the past we have been hiring a Fluke DSP4000 to test out our larger jobs where the customer has required test reports, and I must be honest that was the equipment we were going to purchase. However, after using the NT950 for just one day, I think it is a better piece of kit, a lot faster and easier to set up.

I would certainly recommend Openxtra, not just because of the equipment, but the customer service and speed of sale from contact to receipt of goods. Excellent !!!
