Leeds, UK
16th November 04
OPENXTRA Limited
US Environmental Monitoring Solutions manufacturer, Sensatronics, has signed OPENXTRA as Tier One Distributors for the UK and Europe, allowing OPENXTRA to challenge the current server room monitoring market with their Sensatronics range of temperature and environmental monitoring solutions.
Denis Laverty, Managing Director for OPENXTRA says, “This move represents a real opportunity for resellers and managed service providers to give clients business continuity benefits and server room assurance at a very affordable cost of ownership, and we are delighted to have the chance to build Sensatronics’ stake in the European market.”
OPENXTRA already has in excess of 150 installations in the UK and Europe covering financial, health and public sectors and including organisations such as Royal Liver Assurance, Datamart and Addleshaw Goddard to add to Sensatronics’ thousands worldwide.
The Sensatronics range of Environmental Monitors alert users remotely via email, pager or SMS to changes in the Server room or sensitive area environment, for instance, to air conditioner breakdown, leakage or fan failure, allowing action to be taken to avoid damage to costly devices and impact on users due to brown-out or loss of service. www.openxtra.co.uk
