The Intellipool Network Monitor (INM) is an easy to use and feature rich web based network monitor that enables you to monitor, report, and alert errors on your servers, routers and workstations 24/7.

OPENXTRA - Rack and Room Environment Monitors

Intellipool Network Monitor runs as a service under Windows and uses agents to monitor an object eg. a workstation, server, router etc. If the agent detects an error on a device the agent status will switch from green to yellow and if consecutive tests fail (depending on how you’ve specified your agent settings) the status will switch to red indicating alarm. The agent can then execute any of a sophisticated list of actions or alarms.

Intellipool Network Monitor Functionality

Intellipool INM is quick and easy to install with an attractive web-based interface. Ease and speed of installation are also optimised because INM does not require any installation of clients on devices to be monitored. Intellipool Network Monitor comes with a handy AutoScan feature that can scan the device to check which monitoring options are available, so you can quickly add a variety of device specific checks.

Using a large number of agents, INM will monitor and analyse a total of 37 different types of protocols and services including SNMP, ODBC, Event log, syslog, SSH2, CPU usage, free disk space, SMTP/POP3, DHCP, remote process and free memory. The program is able to log errors and informational messages to XML log file, Syslog, Windows Event log, or an ODBC database. You can set various alert features to send you an e-mail, SMS or page you via PageGate should a critical service or function fail, based on your own pre-set levels. The application will test defined services continuously and different agents can trigger a number of alert features.

INM has a flexible reporting system. Intellipool INM can log statistical data that can be used in reports and displayed in real-time charts, reports can contain charts from many sources as well as summary uptime/downtime, your own text and images. The data extraction interface enables you to integrate real-time data such as charts and agent status into third party applications and web sites.

Operating Systems Supported by Intellipool Network Monitor

Intellipool INM runs on Windows 2000 and XP.

Intellipool Network Monitor Interopability
