We do respond to feedback: Lanscaper now includes batteries
When you buy from us we send a feedback form. You also receive a nice new OPENXTRA pen to fill the form in with too.

One customer asked us to include batteries with the NT700 and NT750 Test-Um cable testers. The Lanscaper products, unlike most Test-Um products, doesn’t include batteries.
We now include batteries with all Lanscapers. We know how frustrating it can be to receive a desperately needed tester but not be able to use it because you don’t have any batteries.
