		<description>This is an interesting trend. The idea that computers don&#039;t have to live in refrigerators is good for power, but it&#039;s still a matter of degrees (no pun intended). Part of the reason we keep the temperatures as low as we do is to create a buffer. Run your machines closer to their upper level, and in the event of a cooling failure you have less time to work with. 

As long as people give themselves the same sort of buffer with the higher temperatures, then I think this is a good change.</description>
