PowerTime is all green again…phew!
It’s been a while. I managed to take a week’s holiday last week and this week I’ve just managed to get the PowerTime tests all nicely green again.
I’ve fixed some very nice bugs in the mean time and the software is a lot faster. The ECAD data is now processed in around 5 minutes instead of 23 minutes! Not too shabby for something that is processing data from 1,000 weather stations, many with data going back as far as the 18th century. By my calculation PowerTime is processing around 50,000 100,000 readings per second.
Dean has also added a couple of PowerShell cmdlets for inserting and retrieving data into/from a database. The provider is still available of course, though my suspicion is that individual cmdlets will be easier to use.
